Keeping you safe!

The safety of our passengers, staff and colleagues at our local communities are very important to us and we are taking the following steps to make our tours a safe environment for us all.

All passengers will have to provide their own face coverings and we will provide you with hand sanitisers. Face coverings are mandatory throughout the tour unless the person is exempt.

There are limited numbers of people we can allow on our tour at the moment.

We are asking our customers to take social distance measures whilst entering the vehicle.

We will ask you if you have any coronavirus symptoms e.g. new continuous cough, high temperature, loss or change of sense of smell/taste and if you have tested positive for Coronavirus within the last 10 days.

A temperature check will be carried out before entering the vehicle.

We will confirm your details (name and phone number) to help with Covid 19 track and trace.

According to the current Scottish Transport guidance the driver is exempt from wearing a face covering as it will not be classed safe for driving. Our driver is aware of health and safety measurements and will sanitise his hands regularly.

Appropriate signs will be in place to remind everyone on the Covid 19 H&S precautions. The vehicle will be deep cleaned after each tour and frequent touch points are identified and disinfected regularly by our driver throughout the tour. We will also make sure the vehicle is well ventilated throughout the tour.
